about our events

Our events seek to provide a nurturing environment and foundation for women to live out their faith and personhood as they connect with each other, deepen their spiritual life, and explore their personal visions. They are designed to offer long-term commitments towards developing, maintaining, and sustaining communities of faith and vision.

All gatherings are created to encourage women of faith by offering a place:

  • to rest, refuel, and reflect
  • to walk with the God of the Christian Scriptures with a full sense of being both a woman and a Christian — no apologies for either
  • where vision can be conceived

Each event is designed as a step in the following three stages.

Stage I :: Gathering

This event is an initial introduction to Pathways4Women. We will gather in a safe community that is anchored in scripture and celebrates womanhood. The Gathering Weekend has been created to mentor women as they explore faith and vision within a web of relational connections unique to women of faith.

Stage II :: MENTORING

This event builds on the discoveries and relationships experienced during the Gathering Weekend. We will gather in community again and continue to explore the vision that emerges from our intentional faith commitment. The Mentoring Weekend has been created to mentor women as they weave together their deep commitment to faith with the relational connection unique to women. This nurturing space will be created for deeper soul discovery and to inspire emerging vision(s).

Stage III :: VISIONING

Women in the Pathways community (those who have attended past events) will be invited to participate in this event. The visioning stage is a time of connecting the dots, supporting and being supported by the community, and eventually will be a place to launch a vision, whether individual or shared (mutual, corporate).
