Who is your target audience? Who else might attend a weekend event?
Our vision has grown out of conversations with women from several generations, from different places in their spiritual journey, and from different theological persuasions or faith traditions. We are looking for women of Christian faith who long for a place to be with other women, to belong, to grow deeper spiritually, to give and receive support and encouragement, to rest and reflect, to explore their vision and passions

How do your events differ from traditional women’s conferences and what can I expect the weekend to entail?
Our weekends will differ from traditional content-oriented women’s conferences in that personal growth and vision mentoring will be encouraged and facilitated in an intimate gathering of no more than 24 women. They are also designed to encourage and facilitate long-term commitments towards developing, maintaining, and sustaining communities of faith and vision.
We are all on a God-directed journey, which is ultimately about becoming conformed to the image of Christ and discovering what unique work God has called each of us to do. Pathways4Women weekends are designed to encourage participants in their faith journeys through exploration in the context of personal reflection and guided group activities. During the weekend we will be using a rich mixture of creative and reflective processes will facilitate a better understanding of where you have been, where you are presently, and what God is calling you to now and in the days ahead. These will include:
- both large and small group exercises
- exploring and reflecting upon scripture from a women’s perspective (developing a feminine hermeneutic)
- guided artistic expression (NOTE: You do not have to be an artist. Katie is. Linda and Paula are not. “Expressive exercises” using “art” give us great tools for facilitating new understandings of our life journeys no matter our artistic level or talent
- time for personal reflection
- ime to connect with others one-on-one as you choose
- time of worship and communion
-
